Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients :

  • 2 cup of sliced dragon fruits
  • 1 banana + 1 kiwi + crushed graham crackers (topping, optional)

Method :

  1. Blend the sliced dragon fruits until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with fruits and crushed graham crackers.
  3. Serve and Enjoy!

Lemon Curd

Ingredients :

  • 120 ml lemon juice
  • zest of lemons
  • 60 gr butter
  • 120 gr sugar
  • 2 eggs

Method :

  1. Pour water into a saucepan and bring the water to boil.
  2. Pour lemon juice, lemon zests, butter and sugar into a bowl. Place the bowl on top of a saucepan.
  3. Stir the ingredients until the butter melts. Whisk the eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Slowly, pour the whisked egg into the lemon mixture and mix the ingredients.
  5. Stir the ingredients until you get a nice creamy texture.
  6. Pour into small jars and let them cool down for a while before placing them in the fridge.
  7. Leave the lemon curd in the fridge until they are needed.

strawberry compote

Ingredients :

  • 400 gr strawberries
  • 60 gr sugar
  • 1 lemon

Method :

  1. Stir all the ingredients into a pan and heat the pan on a medium heat and stir the ingredients just until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Increase the heat and continue to stir for 2-3 minutes until you see bubbles in the pan.
  3. Lower the heat and continue to cook for about 6-8 minutes until the mixture is thick.
  4. Pour into a glass bottle or a glass box. Let it cool before chilling in the fridge.
  5. Once the compote chilled, enjoy it with granola or yogurt or maybe both.
